Nice furnished Bedroom in Palo Alto near Stanford

We have a nice furnished room (220 sqft) with a full sized bed in a completely renovated house in Palo Alto available from Oct 16th. The bathroom is shared with one other person and there is a kitchen (completely equipped, stove, oven etc.) which can be used.

The house is located 15 min biking distance from Stanford and very close to Tesla and HP. Shops such as Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Walmart as well as many reastaurants are also in biking distance (5 min). There is a good connection to the Highways 101 and 208.

Looking for a reliable person, responsible, honest and clean.
Rent is 1350 + approximitaly 50 $ utilities (split to how many people live in the house.)
