Nice room in a great house, 15 minute drive to Stanford

Yes. It's true. This is an amazing place to live.

We have a room in a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. Fully furnished (except your room), our place is comfy, light, and fresh. It stays naturally cool (ahhh...!) in the summer, and has a working, snug-worthy wood fireplace for the winter. The kitchen is set for the skilled cook; two refrigerators help you shop smart and save $$.

Two living rooms provide extra lounge space.

Oh, and did we mention the pool and hot tub, and extensive back-yard deck? Yeah. And a productive veggie garden. (The tomatoes are YUMMY.)

About us:
K is a resident doctor at Stanford, and shares great stories. When she's not reading, she'd prefer to be at the ski slopes or biking up Old La Honda.
C is also a resident doctor at Stanford, doing brain research and works with (literally) mind-bending technology.
J is a former tech exec now teaching yoga and doing holistic healing, and goes on cool adventures.

We've gelled as a house crew and really enjoy the space, the company, and the different perspectives we each bring.

We're looking for a fourth.
You could be either quiet and cozy, and just bask in the great vibe, or,
You could be engaged and dynamic, and contribute one more slice to an amazing pie.
Either way, you'll feel at home here. We're easy going, polite, clean, and respectful. You can't miss. This place is too good not to share!

Your room is approximately 10' x 11'4" with a view of the back garden and pool. Shared bath with C and J; K is in the master with private bath. Lots of closet space, and some room in the garage, too. Laundry inside. Abundant street/driveway parking. 15 minutes to Stanford. Utilities extra, and includes housecleaner once/month.

Rent $1300 plus utilities. $1300 deposit. Looking to lease from now until July 15, 2018, with possibility to extend. (Sorry - no pets.) If interested, please tell us a little about yourself - we'd love to hear from you.
