One small walk-in closet. No kitchen but has wet bar, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, water filter, and toaster. Ample parking right on the street.

Rent includes internet and cable.

Utility (gas, electricity and water only) ??????? ??? - roughly $50 in the summer and $80 in the winter.

$25 application fee for a 3rd party credit check. Per Craigslist??????s advice, we only rent it to people who can personally come in to view the room.
