We're renting our 1 bedroom condo on the Williamsburg, Brooklyn waterfront because we are relocating. It will be available for long-term occupancy starting January 5, 2011. This is an amazing place to live ????? the condo itself is roomy and comfortable with a beautiful view, and the neighborhood has outstanding restaurants and bars (Nita Nita, Bakeri, Hotel Delmano, DOC wine bar, etc. are a block or two away). The Bedford L stop is four blocks (~5 min walk) from the apartment and we're only one stop from Manhattan (15 minutes from our door to union square).
The building is new construction (2+ years old). We have a super and doormen (7 days/week). The building looks directly onto the East River State Park and the East River, with amazing views of the river and the manhattan skyline.
Note that we are renting the apartment furnished (we bought the furniture after moving in with the apartment design in mind). A complete list of furnishings is available upon request. If you don?????t want a furnished apartment, we can discuss alternatives.
