Oak Creek 1bdr/1bath

I have a 1bdr/1bath in beautiful Oak Creek Apts. The living room 19X14 feet in size will be available for 1 year starting from Feb 1, 2014. The monthly rent will be 1450$ including all utilities (I have direct contract with Oak Creek not Stanford, hence the price). The living room is furnished with a couch, study desk + chair and some shelves. The room will be available from Feb 1. Please contact if you'd be interested. The other room would be occupied by me.

No parties/alcohol/drugs/noise/smoking/pets. I'm a female PhD student and I work a lot. I'm looking for a clean, responsible, easy going female with no bad habits.
