It's beautiful 2bed&1bath 1021sq.ft apartment which is one of the closest and luxurious apartment complex nearby Stanford campus. The location is very convenient to commute Stanford campus by walk, bike or shuttle service. There are tennis court, gym, sauna, small movie theatre and several swimming pools in the complex. The club house for the residents always provides coffee & tea and host many interesting events as well. It's well managed and safe. Most of our residents are Stanford students, visiting scholar with their family and good old people. If you have children, they will be assigned to the school in Palo Alto school district which is famous for the best school ranking in California. My place is in 4th floor and has the best view of this complex, then it's very quiet and beautiful. My current rental payment is $3955 except for utility expenses ( This is $1300 discounted price from the original fee) and If you take over the lease from me, you'll be charged as privileged rental payment applied for the old tenants.
