$3,299
Hi everyone. I am looking for a tenant to take over my lease in a 2b2b apartment at The Lorenzo Apartments within the next few months. It's luxury apartment with majority of the units for USC students, but not many people know there is a subset of the units for normal/"conventional" residents (extremely competitive to get even with great credit scores and income). Because the apartment is designed for luxury for USC students/housing, the amenities and benefits here are out of this world. If desired, there are events to attend and many new people to meet! Leasing term is until end of 9/2027. The rate is $3299 a month, included is a special deal 2 parking spots (tandem) (no longer offered now if you apply for new lease, it’s normally separate additional $200 per month), plus flat $150 for all utilities including water, gas, electric, trash, wifi, etc. (I go to sleep with AC on and never turn it off!) You can keep my security deposit, and lastly I am offering $2000 cash for move in. I would have definitely finished out my lease here if it was not for job change. This place is huge, and definitely feels like you are at an amazing peaceful resort and makes you forget that you are in middle of DTLA. LINK: https://www.theresidencesdtla.com/ General building perks and amenities: Within Fryft Range Shuttles to USC, FIDM, Studio School In-room washer/dryer Central AC 24/7 security 24 hour gym, dry sauna, rock climbing, yoga and pilate classes Restaurant (Central Kitchen) w/delivery to your room 4 pools (one with a downtown view) 2 Indoor Basketball courts and 1 beach volleyball court Theatre room Plenty of conference rooms Feel free to message me if you are interested! EDIT: Currently looking for someone who can take over the lease by mid to late August. Thanks! submitted by /u/Rich-Bowl-3747 [link] [comments]
