Older (70s?) Road Bike in need of a few simple repairs $100

It's a bit of a fixer upper, vintage steel road bike. I've been planning to fix it up to use as a campus beater, but got an older mountain bike to use instead. It is well suited for campus because it's a non-desirable no name (Fleetwing) frame and it's yellow color will make it easy to spot in the crowd of bikes.

Previous owner intended to convert to single speed, but only got as far as putting a single chain ring, so it's currently a five speed. Ready to finish the conversion, convert back to 10 speeds or leave it as is.
