on-campus graduate housing subletting

A clean, furnished double-floor appartment kitchen, balcony is available for sublet from December 14th, 2012 to January 3rd, 2013. It is conveniently located in the EV South with free shuttle access to different parts of the campus. The apartment has total 2 bedrooms, having different keys for their door locks for more privacy. The other bedroom will be occupied by another male graduate student. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared among both occupants. The total rent will be $700 based on $35/day (internet, phone and all the utilities included). You are welcome to use my land-line phone, microwave oven, dust collector, pans and other furniture. NOTE that I will keep the small storeroom in my bedroom to store some of my personal stuff. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Car and bike parking space is right next to the apartment.
