- Room is about 10 feet by 11 feet not counting the closet and private bathroom. A twin or a full size bed works fine in the room. A queen size bed will fit, but limits the floor space.
- Bookshelf, half fridge and a microwave in the room.
- Utilities, wireless internet and parking permit included.
- All smoking, including but not limited to tobacco products and the use of electronic smoking devices is prohibited at the premises (inside and outside).
- No pets.
- Looking for a quiet and clean person.
- NO Kitchen or laundry privileges.
- This is not a "house share". The room is on the side of the main house.
