On Campus Sublet from Dec 15 to Jan 6 for $495 (3 weeks total)

I'm subletting 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom efficiency apartment in Quillen high-rise (on Stanford campus).

Only Stanford affiliates who are not undergrads can sublet the room.

The sublet is from DECEMBER 15th to JANUARY 6th (a little over 3 weeks).

The room is $495 for the three weeks. If you stay for a shorter time, the room is still $495. This is the pro-rated cost of what I pay for the apartment (you're not paying extra). The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk and chairs, lamp, etc. Full, eat-in kitchen will also be stocked with cooking supplies (pots, pans utensils, plates). The kitchen and restroom is shared with the other roommate.

Included with the sublet are: free wi-fi, free laundry in the building, free electricity, free landline with free long-distance domestic calls, free water and garbage. Also note that I've replaced the twin bed with a queen bed so you'll have a much bigger bed than the room is typically furnished with.

First floor also has a TV lounge, grand piano practice room, ping pong game room, and study lounge. Front yard has picnic tables and two barbecues for enjoying amazing Stanford weather.

The room is on the 6th floor of the building, so has nice views of the trees and no street noise.
