One Bedroom Apartment

I have a spacious one bedroom apartment in Aviana apartment complex that I would like to sublet from end of June to Nov, 30th. The complex is located two blocks away from San Antonio Shopping Mall at the corner of California Street and S. Rengstorff Avenue.
The rent for the apartment is originally $1300 plus utilities. He would like to sublet it for $900 for the above mentioned period only
