one bedroom apartment for rent (update: open house)

This an update to an old ad (posted on the 10th, see below).
Open house on Jan 15-17, from 2:30 pm to 5 pm. Address: 419 Wilton Ave, Palo Alto.

I am posting this ad for my apartment on the behave of my landlord, who are very nice.

The place is a cozy one bedroom apartment (400+ square feet, the bedroom has a walk in closet and a full bathroom, the kitchen is part of the living room) in a house, which has four units in total. People in the other three units are very friendly.

Great location: el Camino Real and Wilton Ave.

Very good rent: Rent is only $1450/month plus utilities.

Move-in date: around Jan 16.
