Furnished bedroom with comfortable Queen size bed, laundry on site (coin-op), bike storage, and kitchen fully stocked.
Rent is $1300 + utilities (PG&E, Internet, household supplies - about 50-75 per month). If you have a car, a street parking permit is required and is about $20 per month. Lease can be flexible- ideally 3 months- 1 year. Move-in is August 3rd or 4th.
The apartment is very clean, tidy, and spacious and there is a quiet and very sweet cat that lives there.
I am looking for a considerate, clean, quiet, and respectful roommate.
I work full-time at Stanford, female, and enjoy staying active and visiting family on the weekends.
