A room is opening in our house in Palo Alto, and we are looking for a new roommate! We are Stanford graduate students and working professionals who enjoy cooking, yoga, hiking, adventuring, biking, watching Netflix, etc. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with our own washer/dryer. We share a complex with 2 other town homes and have ample parking both on site and street parking. We also have a lovely outdoor patio and grill that we share with the other units.
The living room and kitchen are fully furnished and stocked with cooking utensils that we will happily share! (Note: pictures show unfurnished living room and kitchen, but they are indeed furnished!)
Our home is conveniently located in Palo Alto about a 15 min bike ride from Stanford Campus and walking distance to two grocery stores and the California Street Caltrain station. Easy access to both 101 and 280.
Room is available ASAP and rent is $1400/mo not including utilities.
