A furnished private bedroom available for the rent in Palo Alto from December 18th onward. Both short- and long-term are welcomed. Current Stanford affiliates and/or recent grads preferred. Need to share the washroom and fully furnished kitchen.
A 24 hrs covered reserved car parking spot is available for the new roommate.
Mattress, bed table, personal refrigerator, microwave, storage room etc. are provided. The rent will be $35/day (or $900/month which includes all paid utilities) + small charges for internet and consumables.
Coin operated on-site laundry, central heating, high speed internet, gated community with swimming pool and 24 hrs security.
Bike able distance ~2 mile from Palo Alto cal train station and Stanford university main quad.
Free shuttle service to Palo Alto cal train station and Stanford University.
