ONE ROOM IN A 2B APARTMENT, CALIFORNIA AVE, now to July 27

We're a family with two small kids and we're subletting one room in our nice (1,100 square feet) two bedroom-two bathroom apartment. The apartment is located one street off California Ave, 2 minutes walk to V and SE lines shuttle stops. It is close to shops, cafés and restaurants.The building has two parking slots and a small swimming pool.

The room is spacious and luminous, semifurnished (bed+lamp+relax armchair; we can give you also a table and a chair if you need it), with walk-in closet. You will have your own full bathroom and free access to the kitchen, living room and terrace. We enjoy meeting people from around the world and wep're respectful to other people's privacy.

It is available from now to July 27. Price: 325$ per week, utilities included.
