One room in a two-bedroom apartment in downtown Palo Alto

-A lovely apartment with two bedrooms, one living room, one bath and two LARGE balconies in downtown Palo Alto
-A 12-minute bike ride from campus on all bike-friendly streets, walking distance to restaurants on University Ave, 7--minute bike ride to either Menlo Park or Palo Alto Caltrain station
-Quiet neighborhood, apartment shaded by a large tree so no AC needed during the hot month
-Laundry facilities on site, a large swimming pool, and large fruit trees in the complex

Amenity in the apartment:
-Fully furnished with flat-screen TV, sofa, sofa table, shelves, coffee-table, dining table, book shelves, bed, desk
-Painted wall with flowers and birds and other lovely decorations
-Fully functional kitchen with new dishwasher, oven and microwave

What we are offering:
-One room of the apartment (currently our study) with book shelves, bed and desk (as well as living room, kitchen, balconies, etc.)
-Available for the entire month of Septmber with flexible starting and ending dates (we will be away during that time)
-$1500 per month or $50 per day
-Female and with Stanford affiliation preferred
-Cat-friendly person required

Special notice:
We have a two-year-old cat living in the apartment. She is strictly indoor with sweet and loving character. We treat her like a family member so we are hoping someone to keep her in good company while we are away. She will return the favor with 'loud' purrs. A big plus for those who love cats!

We also keep some plants and vegetables on the balcony. They need to be watered on a regular basis, but they add charm to our living enviroment (some are edible too)!
