Private bedroom and shared bathroom, living room and kitchen in a spacious and bright apartment on the first floor. Comes fully furnished. Bedroom: Comfortable queen size bed, dresser, desk, closet, nightstand. Living room: Dining table and chairs, couch, sofa table, dresser. Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove+oven, all dishes, glasses, cooking equipment etc. Bathroom has a bathtub that includes a shower. Sand valley ball court right outside and a (free) laundry room behind the house. Included in the rental: Bike, bike lights and bike helmet. Rental period: June 20th to July 20th (possibility of moving in earlier (as early as June 10th) and/or moving out later (as late as July 27th)).
