Opening in 2bed/2bath near Dolores Park in San Francisco Starting 12/1

I'm looking for someone to fill the other spot in my 2bed/2bath in San Francisco. It's a great location in a nice neighborhood, close to the Mission District and easy access to public transportation. It is only a block from Dolores Park.

The apartment has a kitchen with a dishwasher and a very large living room. There is a washer and dryer in the building.

In addition to the bedroom, you would also get the unit's parking spot in the garage downstairs.

I have been living here for a few months now and I'm signing a new 12-month lease starting December 1st. I'm hoping to find someone else willing to commit to the full 12 months. The landlord is responsive and has not raised rent for at least 3 years.

About me: I am a recent Stanford alum who is working in the tech industry. I'm very much on the quiet side and would prefer the apartment to not host any rowdy parties.

Absolutely no smokers or smoking in the apartment.
