Oversized swivel chair - Ashley furniture

I have the following furniture item for sale

"Ashley Furniture Oversized Swivel Accent Chair Sanya Mocha" (picture attached).

I paid almost $700 for the chair originally and it is available online for $599 currently.

I am asking $300/obo.

It is in excellent condition and cushion covers can be washed if needed. No stains, no tears, no marks except a few scuffs on back of the leather on back of the chair not really noticible and can maybe be buffed out if you are particular. Smoke free and pet free home.
