Palo Alto 1-bedroom/1-bathroom Apt, less than 10 min bike to Stanford.

We are subletting our 1-bedroom/1-bathroom Apt in Grant Ave for the period of Aug.1st-Sept.24th.
The apartment is fully furnished (with a queen bed in the bedroom and a twin size bed in the living room). Also the kitchen is fully furnished with micro oven, refrigerator, etc. There is a walk-in-closet in the bedroom and two small storages in the living room.
The rent for the whole period is $4200 (tenant pay the utility), and the deposit is $500.
