A female roommate is preferred to balance the equation (2 roomies are male, 1 female right now). Also, looking for someone respectful, clean, and willing to contribute to making the house a home environment. This is a laid back group, and we're looking to fill this space by November.
The room comes with a wardrobe. The Queen-sized bed, mattress, and nightstand were just bought and can be available if desired.
