Our current roommate is moving out and we're looking to replace her by February 1. Rent is $1100.

10X13 bright single room, large closet, private entrance a couple of large windows facing the front yard. Double bed is available

The house itself is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Medium size living room with a fireplace (nonworking), kitchen big enough for three people and a dining nook.

We're two young, working professionals.
M- is working and is going to grad school at Stanford. He likes music and skiing in his free time.
N- is working in a lab at Stanford and enjoys cooking and all types of exercise.

It's located in the Palo Alto Midtown Neighborhood, only one block away from Safeway, CVS, Salons, Exercise Studios, Coffeehouses, etc.
10-15 minute bike ride to Stanford
2-mile bike ride to University Avenue.
1/2 mile from California Avenue.
