Palo Alto room (1 month free + $0 deposit)

Hey Stanford!

I’m moving out and going back to Boston. I need someone to lease out my room in a 4br/2ba house for Sept. 1st. The house is on University Ave. in Palo Alto – it’s next to downtown Palo Alto and it’s ~10 min. bike ride from Stanford. The house is on the left, here:

The rent is $1600/month (which includes utilities!), where I will be paying for the 1st two months and there is a $0 deposit. With this deal, if you're here for 6 months, the rent will feel like $1333/month. If you're here for a year, the rent will feel like $1467/month.

The room is large and furnished (bed, desks, couch, etc.). We have a common space which has couches and a TV. The kitchen has plenty of space and all that you need. Everyone gets along well, and we all do our part. I’m happy to negotiate further, too. I just want to move back to Boston.
