Palo Alto room+bathroom with 4 girls

Join a group of four girls living in a spacious home off of Middlefield in Palo Alto. We have a bedroom with bathroom available for a year-long lease from July 1 2017 to June 30 2018.

A little bit about our house: it comes fully furnished with all kitchen items included. We have a lot of common space and a nice backyard with a barbecue and a corn-hole set. We are 12 minutes away from Stanford, 10 from DT Palo Alto and 10 from Mountain View. We have a washer-drier and second drinks fridge in our garage shared between the group. Parking is easy and available in the house driveway and right outside the house.

A little bit about the room/rent: room is unfurnished. You will be responsible for $1450/month plus utilities and wifi. You have a bathroom next to yours, and the room is on the ground floor. It is 138 Sq. feet.

A little bit about us! Three of us are medical students finishing up Year 3 and planning to do a year of research. One of us is a Googler, approaching 2 years at the company. We enjoy being outside, exploring the SF area and wine country, and of course just hanging out at the house. You will have privacy if you choose but we would love to hang out with you as well.
