If anyone is looking for a room to stay in downtown PA for the spring quarter, my room is a master bedroom with a bathroom in a 3b2.5b house.
- Fully furnished - Kitchen and bedroom
- You will be sharing a 3BR/2.5BA house with one Stanford alum that works for Google(only share kitchen).
- The living room, kitchen and a half-bathroom are downstairs. There is a lot of space.
- Location: Waverley street, only 10 minutes bike to Stanford GSB. 4 minutes walk to blue bottles/Starbucks/Yayoyi..etc on university ave. Walk to Trade Joe's, many restaurants, Stanford shopping center, Caltrain etc
- Price: Only $1500/Mo for the master bedroom with a bathroom (I rent it from the landlord for $1800)
- The lease period is from May 1, 2020 to Jun 30, 2020
