There are limited kitchen facilities: small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, baker’s stand, coffee press, tea kettle, blender, toaster. No kitchen privileges in main house. Washer/dryer in garage.

The studio is nicely furnished with double bed, bedside table, rugs on hardwood floors, desk and office chair, bookcase, easy chair, chest of drawers, table and two chairs, spacious build-in closet with storage space. Private patio has table and chairs with umbrella. ALL utilities are included along with wifi (wired connection also available).

Dedicated uncovered parking space for one car in the driveway.

No guests, smoking inside, or pets. 420 friendly. Suitable for one person only.

We are very close to downtown Palo Alto, 5-minute bike ride, 20-minute walk. Also close to The Market at Edgewood, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s. Previous tenants have used car or bike or walked. Easy bike ride to Stanford campus, Caltrans station to San Francisco, Sandhill Road offices. Excellent 101 access for Google and Facebook. Free Palo Alto Shuttle 3 minutes away which connects to the Stanford Marguerita.

Twice monthly cleaning service included. Laundry services can be arranged for a fee.

First month’s rent plus $1400 security deposit required at move-in.

The rules are simple. Quiet after 11 PM. Recycle responsibly. There is a small friendly terrier-mix dog in the main house so it is important to make sure gates are always closed. Although secure and private, the studio is connected to the main house and so no guests are allowed.
