One room available in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in a large professionally run apartment complex in Palo Alto.$1300 per month.

This apartment unit is absolutely beautiful and spacious. It is about 1400 square feet in total with a large balcony. The room measures approximately 12x10' and would share one bathroom with a female roommate. Utilities are split among all of us (electricity, Comcast, water, etc.). Availability from 3/1. The lease will be up sometime in April with the opportunity to renew a one year lease.

The living room is huge and there is an open kitchen with a bar counter and granite countertops. There's also an amazing wrap around balcony for lounging/relaxing. Washer and dryer are in-unit. There are several pools and BBQ areas on property as well as two fitness centers. Dogs are allowed but must be approved by management. This place really does offer it all in terms of amenities and location. Trust me I have seen a lot of apartments and this is a good one!

The apartment is located just off the 101 freeway, very close to Google, Facebook, Mountain View, downtown Palo Alto, Stanford University and many more companies. Also right across the street is beautiful Greer Park. Parking is plentiful around the apartment and free. We have one assigned covered spot for the unit that is rotated among us.

You will share this apartment with two other female working professionals in late 20's early 30's. Very friendly and relaxed but like to keep the party out of the house and maintain a clean, comfortable living space. I am the third roommate currently and will be moving in with family, I am sad to go and must say this is a great place to live.
