Posting on behalf of my landlord since I'm moving to SF soon:
- Unattached private studio cottage in East Palo Alto (off University Ave), very close to Facebook and the Dumbarton bridge
- Move in date is around mid April (flexible), you would discuss lease terms with the landlord
- Full bath with lots of counter space and drawers
- Kitchenette comes with a sink, pantry space, and mini fridge
- Partially furnished with a queen size bed & mattress. I can sell you some of my furniture if you are interested, since it fits the space perfectly!
- New washer and dryer are in the garage of the main house on the property; use it whenever you want and you can see wash/dry status in an app
- Landlord lives in the main house on the property, so he is quite responsive if anything comes up
- All utilities (including really fast wifi) are a flat rate of $100/month. Super useful since there's a built-in heater
