Guests enjoy a private bedroom and access to shared amenities including a full kitchen (coffee maker, hot water kettle, waffle maker, blender, cookware, and utensils), a cozy living room with a TV, and light gym equipment for casual workouts. The private rooftop deck offers city views and a great place to unwind.

Guest access
Guests have access to shared living areas, the kitchen, and the rooftop deck. The property uses a secure key system keys can be handed off in person or provided through a lockbox for easy self check-in. Parking and bike storage are also available for use.

During your stay
The condo is shared with two friendly, respectful young professionals who enjoy a relaxed and considerate home environment. We’re happy to help with local tips or quick questions, but guests can expect plenty of privacy during their stay. The unit is on the third floor of a small condo building, so there are a few stairs to climb. While there may be occasional interactions with other tenants, it’s infrequent given the small number of units overall.

This comfortable room offers flexibility and privacy in a relaxed home shared with two friendly residents. The shared bathroom is used by one long-term roommate please be considerate of personal items; if you can bring your own toiletries, that’s appreciated. Spares are provided in the room closet if needed. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and rooftop deck with skyline views. Quick access to the Orange Line (Sullivan Square) and Green Line (Gilman Square), with restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance.
