This private bedroom features a comfortable full-size bed that can accommodate up to two guests. It is located on the second floor of a beautiful three-family home with hardwood floors throughout.

Guests can also enjoy the outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea or reading a book, weather permitting.
Shared Spaces

The bathroom is shared with other guests and is professionally cleaned daily.
The room is equipped with a mini-split air conditioning system.
Guests have full access to the shared kitchen. Each room has a designated cabinet labeled with its room number for food storage.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following rules:

Be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself.
Do not eat anyone else's food.
Wash and put away all dishes and utensils immediately after use.
Clean the stovetop after cooking.
Please eat only at the kitchen table.
Remove any food crumbs or spills from the table and kitchen floor after eating.
After showering, please remove any hair from the bathtub.
Turn off the air conditioner and all lights before leaving the house.
Always lock the downstairs/front entrance door when leaving the house.
Do not leave the downstairs door open at any time.

Guest Verification

Because this is a shared living environment, the safety and comfort of all guests are our top priorities.

After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure link from Keycheck to complete a required background screening.

International guests must submit a photo of their passport.
U.S. guests must submit a valid government-issued photo ID upon booking.
