I am a Stanford student interested in helping others achieve their fitness and health goals. I have always loved working out, staying on top of current fitness information, and helping introduce others to one of my greatest passions, functional fitness.
Qualifications:
-Competed in and coached highschool wrestling
-Completed Insanity by Shaun T workout program (pictures showing results)
-Coached 4 other individuals through the Shaun T workout program (pictures showing results)
-Trained with the CrossFit program for 1 year
-Over 9 years personal experience in fitness (nutrition, weightlifting, explosive strength training, endurance training)
Disclaimer: I have no certifications. Instead, I have proven personal results and references from the people I have helped train. I have helped friends put together workout programs, demonstrated exercises, discussed exercise philosophy, and given nutritional advice. My own personal results include:
Dropping from 195 lbs to 155 lbs in 3.5 months while improving bench press, squat, deadlift 1-rep maxes
Dropping from 12% body fat to 6% body fat over 4 months
Current Exercise Maxes (I weigh 160lbs):
Deadlift - 350lbs
Bench Press - 245lbs
Squat - 255lbs

DETAILS / PRICING:
-We can schedule sessions at either the Stanford University gym facilities or your own home. Our first session is complimentary, and is used so we can both evaluate whether the fit is right, as well as to establish our goals for working together
-Pricing is $40/session (which should be around 45 minutes to an hour)
