Place available in a stunning house in Belmont.

I am moving to SF and looking for one lucky person to take my place in an amazing new house on top of a hill in Belmont.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2600 sq.f., professional kitchen, fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, 2 large decks with 180 degree million-dollar view of the Bay, 3 bathrooms, guestrooms, lots of storage area, parking, garden, and Wi-fi.

There are 2 other housemates, both Stanford law school graduates, who are nice, clean and have jobs:), so the house is very quiet.

My room is on the top floor where there are no other bedrooms (just the common area and kitchen), so you would basically have all the floor for yourself (most of the time no one is home), including your own bathroom, one of the decks, and fireplace.

The price is only $1950. You would, of course, need to be "approved" by the housemates.
The place is available now/within a few weeks and the lease term is 5 months or more.
