I'm graduating and selling http://www.lg.com/us/air-conditioners/lg-LP1111WXR-portable-air-conditioner . I bought it a year ago from Frys, and I purchased the additional two year warranty (which I can transfer to you), which means if it breaks in the next year, you can just take it back.
It retails for $450, but it's a year old, and it is used--even though it has the warranty for another year, so I'll take ~$100 off; if someone offers $350, it's sold--feel free to make an offer though.
I should probably note that it is technically not allowed in the dorm, although if you say you have asthma or can't sleep because it's too hot etc., it will be ok (and housing will even install the hose directly into your window if you'd like--and I can help show you who to email etc).
One last thing--I'm also hot, so I'm not planning on actually getting rid of it until 6/16 or 6/17.
