Apartment details:
- Literally across Caltrain/Bart, perfect for anybody working in SOMA or next to a major Caltrain station.
- Second-floor unit in 3 year-old Pinedera Apartments (120 S El Camino Real, Millbrae)
- Large master bedroom comes with a walk-in closet in addition to both a shower and bath.
- Shared spaces include a kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, and quartz-top island, as well as a large living room.
- I've already furnished the shared spaces, but the bedroom is empty so you'll need to bring your own furniture.
- There is central heating/cooling, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer.
- Tenant will have to pass apartment management's background check and formal application.
- Kitchen utensils/appliances and food are not shared.
Price and term:
- $1750/month, subject to rent increases by apartment management.
- Rent does not include utilities (electricity/gas, water, internet), average over the past two years has been about $100 per month per person.
- Current lease ends in July 2018, option to extend afterwards.
Transportation:
- Millbrae station has both Bart and Caltrain. Bullets get to 4th and King in 17min.
- Free street parking is available.

- I'm very clean and organized, and expect shared spaces/equipment to stay pristine.

- Pays rent on time.
- Clean and organized.
- Respectful, considerate, and communicates ahead of time.
- Takes good care of things. Please try not to damage the furniture or the apartment.
- Overnight guests are fine, but not every night.
- Casual hangouts with a few friends are fine, I like my quiet and space after a day of work.
- No drugs, period.
