Private Bedroom 1.2 miles from Stanford in Menlo Park April 1

I am doing clinical research at Stanford, but am moving out of my apartment so that I can travel for a few months before starting medical school in the fall. This is perfect for a Stanford student or professional working in the area.

The room:
Private bedroom with shared bathroom in a 2 bedroom+den/2 bathroom apartment in Sharon Green. It will come furnished with a mattress, box spring, bed frame, standing lamp, dresser, and the bookshelves pictured. The TV and nightstand are mine and I will be taking them with me. The main tenant may have other furniture available for you - so just ask.

You will share the living room, dining room, and kitchen with 2 other roommates. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher and all the dishes/kitchenware you need.

The area:
A 5 minute walk to the SLAC Marguerite line
10 minute drive to either the Menlo Park or Palo Alto Caltrain Stations.
10 minute drive to downtown Palo Alto
1.2 miles to Stanford
5 minute drive to 280
Across the street, there is a shopping center with Safeway, CVS, Starbucks, Well Fargo, a dry cleaner, a nail salon, a few restaurants, and a gas station. Repairs have always been done within 1 business day. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented - perfect for students and professionals.
Sharon Green is an awesome complex with a club room, a small gym, a sauna , and 2 pools. The laundry unit is at the foot of the stairs to the apartment. Parking is free (a permit will be given to you upon signing the lease).

Roommates:
The main tenant is a very easy going and down to earth music teacher. The den will also be vacant beginning April 1 and if you and the main tenant are a good fit, she will work with you on choosing the 3rd roommate for the den (this is what we did when I moved in). Must sign a 1 year lease.

Rent:
$1500 + 1/3 of the utilities (~$100/mo)
