I am moving out of my lovely room in our Menlo Park apartment on May 1.
I'm sad to leave this lovely place, but I am relocating to be closer to my new office space.
About the house:
- private bedroom, shared bathroom with one other female roommate
- nice wooden floors and natural light
- 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment
About the people:
- 2 female Stanford grad students in the neuroscience program
- both love dinosaurs, brains, and movie nights
- one roommate is a marathon runner who loves to cook and regularly makes delicious breakfast scones
- the other is a jiu-jitsu practicing social activist who loves crosswords and has recently taken up photography
About the location:
- safe quiet neighborhood, near downtown Menlo Park shops and restaurants
- 10 minute walk to Menlo Park caltrain
- lots of lovely running trails nearby
- 4 blocks to Trader Joe's and Safeway
- 10-15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus
Logistics & Finances:
- $1175 rent, + utilities and wifi (usually about $60 a month)
- street parking
- flexible move in during month of May, lease ends in September
What we're looking for:
- preferably female
- clean, respectful, ability to pay rent on time
