My roommate Isaac and I have a private room available in Sunnyvale, CA, from March 1st to May 31st (flexible end date).

Rent is $1600 inclusive of utilities; the room is approximately 15’x10’, partially furnished (desk, chair), with a 5'x5' walk-in closet attached, shared bath with 1 person, and attached garage, washer/dryer, and ample visitor parking.

The house is a 3 story, 1700 sqft townhome, 3BR/2.5BA, boasts high ceilings, grand piano, full kitchen, and is fully furnished. Bedrooms are upstairs and sound does not carry downstairs or upstairs. It is close to both the 101 and 280 and is a 2-minute ride away from the Sunnyvale Caltrain station.

We are open-minded, easy-going and tidy. We often cook, watch TV together, and my roommate is a good pianist.
