The home has an open layout with a shared kitchen, dining area, and living room. You'll have full access to the common areas, including the kitchen, pantry, and laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There are also several shared storage areas available.

Washer and dryer are included, and there is both driveway and street parking. The neighborhood is convenient, with bus stops just around the corner, easy access to downtown, and grocery stores and other everyday shopping within walking distance.

This is a strictly non-smoking home. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.

We're looking for a responsible, respectful tenant who is either employed full-time with good references or a full-time student. A background check will be required.

Move-in requires the first month's rent plus a $300 security deposit.
