I am a mature, clean, quiet, congenial, nonsmoking female, and I work part-time as an ESL teacher. The other housemate is an intern at a tech company.

Looking for housemates who are responsible, respectful, clean, quiet, congenial, nonsmoking, considerate and willing to work as a team regarding the apt issues.

UTILITIES: Split 3 ways. PG &E: $20 in summer, more in winter -- depending on heat usage
INTERNET: $30 each.
PARKING: Dedicated carport parking space
SMALL DOGS: (25 lbs or less) allowed if they are trained, do not bark, and at least one-year old.
NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS, except if periodically family or friend is coming from out-of-town to visit.
