Look for a place to stay close to Redwood City Downtown and Caltrain Station? We have a private bedroom available in a lovely and large 2B1.5B apartment (more than 1100 Sq Ft) with a large in Arch Street, which is one block close to EI Camino Real.

The private room is available on Feb 21. The room is 12 ft x 12 ft and has a big closet with a mirror, reading desk, chair, lamp, and a double mattress (optional). The room in the picture now is empty but will be furniture very soon. The 0.5 bathroom in only for you and you take the shower in the full bathroom.

The location is great for commuters with short drives to Google RWC (12 mins) and Stanford RWC (10 mins) and Stanford campus (20 mins); 4 mins bike (10 mins walk) to RWC Caltrain station, and 1 mile off 280 Fwy. 2 mins walk to bus stops (ECR, 95, 295, 397 & 398).

The location is also very convenient for dining and relaxation. 10-15 mins walk to good restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Safeway, Wholefood, banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, BOA). There are also three beautiful parks (Tea Garden, Wellesley Crescent Park, and the Mezed Park) within walking distance.

A female tenant is preferred. Not ideal for a couple, no overnight guest, and no pet (sorry). Most ideal for people seeking serenity and focus. Everyone has some fridge space. Microwave and cooking are ok as long as clean it after use.

The private room is available on Feb 21. The lease is flexible and the long term is preferred. The rent is $1295/mo, including all utilities (electricity, water, gas, garbage, and high-speed internet). The deposit is one month's rent.

We are a couple working for Stanford University, non-smoker, don't do drugs, laid back. We are quiet but outgoing and very friendly.
