Private Bedroom in a 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 Bath Home

We have a private bedroom available in a 2500 sq. foot, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in a renovated neighborhood on the edge of Palo Alto. The room includes a garage space and an optional office space is available if interested. The room currently has a mattress (can be removed if you have your own) and the rest of the home is well furnished for comfort. Again, there is room for your own furniture if you have some. There is a washer / dryer in the house. The kitchen is large and open, with an island and updated appliances.

The location is great! We are very close to the 101 which makes commuting around the Bay much easier. We are also located walking distance to a Target, Home Depot, and IKEA. 10-20 minute drive (depends on street traffic) to Stanford. 10 minute drive south on the 101 to Costco, Best Buy, and Bed Bath and Beyond. 10 minute drive or Uber to Downtown Palo Alto / Palo Alto Caltrain Station.

There are two of us in the house already, both male professionals in the Bay Area. Both of us are clean, respectful individuals and are very laid back. When not working, we like to watch / play sports, TV shows, go out to the local bars, go up to the city, or go to Tahoe for a weekend of skiing. We are looking for a like-minded roommate.
