- Rent ($870/month) - utilities not included (with utilities, rent is around $950/month) + $2700 deposit (returned upon departure)
- Available September 1 (move-in can be as early as August 27)
- Must be female-identifying
- About the room: spacious room with large closet, carpeted, can come partially furnished depending on your interest/need
- You'd be living with two female working professionals -- very friendly, clean, quiet, and respectful.
- Looking for someone who can take on the lease for at least a year. Alternate timelines are negotiable.
- It is a fully furnished house with a spacious living room and outdoor patio area. All basic kitchen items (microwave/blender/pots and pans) will be available in the apartment.
- Laundry is within apt. building, $4 per load for washer and dryer together
