Rent: $1359 + ~$115/ month for internet + utilities

Move in date: Starting end of August or September 1st

Location: Located in the safe and leafy Edgewood Park neighborhood, the apartment is just a 5-minute drive to downtown Redwood City and the Caltrain station.

About the space:

• Private furnished bedroom (can also come unfurnished)

• Shared bathroom with one roommate

• One assigned parking spot shared on a rotational basis with roommates, but plenty of safe street parking

• Communal grill, pool, coin operated laundry facilities on site

About the household:

• Currently occupied by 2 females in their late 20’s to early 30’s both working in healthcare

• Hobbies include reading, traveling, hiking, violin, painting

• Roommates are quiet, clean, and respectful
