One bedroom (1bed/1bath) in a furnished 2bed/2bath apartment in Lower Pac Heights on the corner of Sutter and Steiner is available as of 14th August 2017 (can be earlier if required). The apartment will come furnished (I’m still doing that!) and the room can also be furnished with basics. You will be sharing the apartment with one other person.

The location is very central and has easy access to most parts of the city. The apartment has a Walkability Score of 99. It is around the corner from Safeway and convenience stores. Very central to Filmore St, Pacific Heights, Japan Town. Polk St and other trendy bars/restaurants are not far away also. The building is quiet, really safe and well maintained.

The apartment is a two story open floor plan (1150 sq ft). The living room and kitchen are on one floor and the bedrooms are downstairs. The bedroom easily fits a queen size bed, desk and comes with sliding door closet space with floor to ceiling mirrors (the photo of the room above is a staged photo from the adjacent apartment but intended to be indicative of size). The room will have its own bathroom. There is a good mix of private and communal areas. Washer/Dryer in unit.

You’ll be living with a young professional male just passed the 30 mark, who has been living in the Bay Area for the last 3 and a half years. I am a pretty relaxed, sociable and active guy, relatively busy during the week but try to enjoy the weekends, hanging out with friends. My work does tend to make me travel a bit.

The apartment might be suitable for (but not restricted to) a young professional who is also easy going, sociable and respectful of others’ space.

The rate will be $2050 + utilities, preferably for a year long lease.
