One bedroom available in a 4 bedroom house located near downtown Palo Alto available now. It's a big house in an amazing location; on a quiet street a few blocks from the California Ave CalTrain station, shops & restaurants, Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, and close to Stanford.

Bedroom is unfurnished (full size bed is for sale or rent) and you will have access to a very large closet and share a bathroom with one woman. The rest of the house is fully furnished, we have a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, a dining room, a second living room serving as a shared office/ working space, and a large lush garden with fruit trees and herbs, and an enormous patio. Utilities are split four ways.

We are three professionals in our mid-30s working in tech and policy. We come from diverse backgrounds and enjoy spending our free time in the outdoors climbing, hiking, skiing, and at the ocean. We aim to create a friendly, clean, communal space where we occasionally cook dinner, watch movies, play board games, and hike, camp, climb and ski/ snowboard together. We want to keep the vibe in the house friendly, open, respectful, and clean. Bonus, you will also be sharing the house with one mature sweet shiba inu.

Ideal roommate is a working professional who doesn't have pets, does not smoke, is clean, and values diversity of lifestyles. Lease agreement ends August 30, 2019 and we require first month rent (prorated) and one month deposit to sign the lease.
