It is located in a 4BD/3.5 bath house and comes with a private balcony with view over a garden. Laundry within the house (for free).
The house is at a 10-15 min walk from the midtown shopping center, 1 mile to the California avenue Caltrain station, 10-15 min drive or 20 min bike ride to Stanford. Free parking in the street.

The landlord is looking for a single working professional or grad student willing to rent for at least 6 months (no couple, sorry).
The other roommates are: the landlord, her son and usually a professional or intern working in the tech industry.
The few rules of the house are : no smoking, no alcohol (social drinking is okay), no pets, light cooking only, being quite and respectful of everyone's privacy, asking permission to have overnight guests.
