We have a spacious, FURNISHED room for rent from July 1st to August 17th. The apartment is at Kendall Avenue, Palo Alto, the Chinese restaurant Hong Kong Restaurant in just across the street. Parking lot included. Great location! Next to El Camino Real, 10 min drive to Stanford’s campus, and an easy bike ride away from campus (15 min).

This a 2b1b (two bedrooms and one bathroom) apartment, with two Chinese female Stanford students as roommates. One roommate lives in the living room, and the other one lives in the other private bedroom. We have all the furniture in the common space and equipped kitchen with lots of utensils.

Rent is $1150/month, exclusive of utilities and internet. We’re looking for a friendly, FEMALE student or professional who respect our roommates' privacy and their space. Chinese preferred, but accept people from all nations. Adjustment of move in and out date can be negotiated.
