Seeking friendly, considerate, non-smoking, kind, and animal-loving person to share my home; lovely backyard deck; working fireplace in LR; separate family room; driveway parking; washer/dryer in garage. Central air and heating. Access to all common areas of the house and yard. Must love animals as I have a sweet senior dog and a mischievous little cat (who runs the place).

Room is 11'x10.5', furnished with comfy queen-sized bed (with new bedding), 6' closet, large armoire, antique nightstand, small desk and a SMART TV. New carpet.

$1,350/month rent includes all utilities (gas and electric, water), Internet and DirecTV, plus bi-weekly housekeeper and gardener. Asking first month + $750 deposit.
